Clinic Tour

Our Reception Desk is where our lovely Qualified Vet Nurses will greet you and help answer any enquiries, admit your animals visiting the hospital and admit cats who are staying with us in the cattery.

Sit down and wait in our Waiting Area while waiting for your consult.  We also stock a wide range of pet foods, prescription pet foods, toys and more!

This is Soda our new clinic cat.  She came to us after being bought in by a concerned client who found her. After contacting the SPCA and advertising in the press we held her in case an owner claimed her for a month.  By that time the nurses had fallen in love so we spayed her and she is now the Harewood Clinic cat.  She is very cuddly and lightening fast so keep an eye out next time you visit us.

Our Brand New Hospital Day-Stay Cages are where your pet can relax comfortably before and after their scheduled surgery, groom or tests.  Our Kennel Hospital Day-Stay Cages are more roomier to cater for bigger dogs.

We have two fully equipped Consultation Rooms to give you privacy and peace of mind to talk to a vet or a vet nurse about any concerns you have with your pet.

Our Preparation Room is where we clip and collect your pets bloods if he or she is going in for surgery.  This is vital information before we anesthetise your pet to check the health of organs such as kidneys and liver functions.  This is also the room where recovery from surgery is closely monitored.  Our Operating Room is were all our surgeries take place.  Vital signs are constantly monitored througout all procedures.

We also have an in-house Laboratory to help reduce time and costs to get blood / urine results quickly.  Our X-ray Machine and new X-ray Processor ensures high quality diagnostics to help us treat your pet.

A Dispensary, where we store all of our pharmaceuticals.  Nurses once trained in dispensing procedures make up medicaztions that are prescibed and then signed off by the Vet, for you to collect, most often during your consultation or repeat prescriptions by phone request can be filled often on the same day.

Our Isolation Room is utilised to help our sick patients recover comfortably.  This room is kept away from the clinic to help avoid cross contamination but is also fully equipped and our vet nurses are constantly on hand for quick and efficient care.

Last but definitely not the lest, our on-site Cattery is available for cats to board when you need it.  Our staff ensure your cat is feed on Royal Canin or your own if you prefer, exercised well in our large outdoor runs, and on hand Vets and Vet Nurses give an additional peace of mind if you cat should fall ill for any reason.  Feliway is used to give a calming atmosphere to the Cattery, along with the radio played througout the day. Every cat is allocated 'cuddle'  time every day so your cats gets some loving attention while you are away.  Underfloor heating and the use of 'snuggle safes' keep them all nice and cosy too.
